We have extensive experience installing fire sprinkler systems for projects such as restaurants, strip malls, big box warehouses, storage facilities with high-pile storage racks, parking garages, retail parks, imaging/mri/oncology medical facilities, and more.
The Luxe is an ongoing luxury condominium project in Deer Valley made up of six, 4-story buildings, and a subterranean parking structure that connects each. Phase 1 & 2 have been completed and are currently occupied. Phase 3 is underway and slated for completion late 2025.
We performed fire sprinkler installations for two 'Salad and Go' restaurants in the East Valley. While the buildings are relatively small (less than 1,000 sq. ft. each) they had aggressive schedules that we were able to accommodate.
St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center was a two-part Tenant Improvement. The first stage was an interior build-out of a new 7,900 sq. ft. oncology center. Part two was a 5,400 sq. ft. imaging center which houses various X-Ray, CT scan, ultra-sound and MRI imaging equipment, and which required all fire sprinkler piping and components to be non-ferrous.
This project is Uptown on Yale, an upscale 8-unit townhome project just outside of Arcadia in Phoenix, Arizona.
McQueen Commons is another upscale townhome project comprised of 19-units totaling 22,900 sq.ft. located in Chandler, Arizona.
St. Ambrose Apartments, located just on the outskirts of downtown Phoenix, is made up of a 131,000 sq. ft. 4-story apartment building with 235 livable units. It includes a 4-story above grade 90,000 sq. ft. parking structure that is fully protected with fire sprinklers.
